Refunds are not possible. Our products are one-time licensed digital goods. Once purchased and delivered, the sale is final. No refunds will be given. One license = one website. If you share our files to other websites, we will suspend your account, you will lose your license, and no refund will be issued.

3. Why No Refunds?

We cannot offer refunds for one-time purchases because:

  • Immediate Access: Once purchased, you have immediate access to download and use the product
  • Intellectual Property: Digital products can be easily copied, making refunds impractical

4. Exceptions

Refunds are not offered for one-time licensed products. In the sole discretion of WHMCS Addons, we may consider a refund only in the case of duplicate purchase (the same product purchased twice within 24 hours)—we may refund the duplicate purchase. No other exceptions apply. Product not delivered due to a system error will be resolved by granting access; no refund is issued once access is provided.

5. What Does NOT Qualify for Refund

The following situations do NOT qualify for refunds:

6. Support Instead of Refunds

We provide full documentation for install and setup where available. We will help you and, if needed, we can install and set up the product for you—you only need to provide hosting information and server details, and we will perform the installation safely.

  • Live Chat & Tickets: Contact admin for help if documentation is not available
  • Remote Install: We can install and set up for you when you provide hosting info and server details
  • Updates: Products receive updates and bug fixes as per your license type

If you encounter any issues, contact our support team through the client area. Refunds are not available.

7. Subscription Services

For any subscription-based services (if offered), cancellation policies will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. Subscriptions can typically be cancelled at any time, but refunds for already-paid periods are not available.

8. File Sharing and License Violations
