Email Verifier

Email Verifier is a WHMCS addon that confirms clients really control the email address on their account. Clients receive a verification code by email, enter it in the client area, and WHMCS can mark the account as verified so you can trust invoices, password resets, and support contact.

The module can require verification at critical moments—such as before cart checkout or during registration—and can optionally limit parts of the client area until verification is complete. Admins get tools to review verified and unverified clients, manage bans, and tune behaviour in settings.

How It Works

When a visitor reaches checkout (or registration, depending on configuration), they are sent to the addon’s verification flow. They enter their email, receive a code, and submit it. On success, the session is cleared for the next step and WHMCS records verification. For logged-in clients changing email, verification can be required again so the new address is confirmed.
